Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Sotsu

Synopsis: Rika Furude and Satoko Houjou are best friends who live in the small village of Hinamizawa for a lifetime. Beside their other friends, they spend every day together, and every moment is full of fun and laughs. However, when Rika and Satoko begin to grow old, an opportunity for life change presents itself to both. Rika is determined to follow her dreams and wants Satoko by her side.

Although Satoko hesitate, she decides to follow this path with Rika. However, the realization of your dream forms a breach between them. This leaves the girls who live in completely different worlds, with Rika enjoying their new life and making new friends while Satoko grows increasingly isolated.

Wishing to return to the nostalgic days in Hinamizawa, Satoko despairs and wants things to be changed. When she is at the end of Wits, a meeting with a supernatural entity changes Satoko's perception and conveys new revelations about her best friend Rika.
