Synopsis: It has been 10 years since the gate of the sky appeared in South America and the gate of hell appeared in Japan, taking the night sky once familiar with an oppressive landscape. Their unknown purposes, these gates are spaces in which the laws of physics are ignored. With the appearance of the gates, they arose hired, which, in exchange for their humanity, receive supernatural skills.
In the Japanese city around the gate of hell, the head of section 4 Misaki Kirihara is in disagreement with an infamous hired with the codenamer Hei. Called "Black Reaper" in the underground world, Hei, as his associates, performs missions for the mysterious and cruel union, while slowly peeling the dark layers that cover a harmful plot that threatens the existence of hired.
From Tensai Okamura's mind comes a science fiction thriller, assuming the form of a subtle exposure in a war in which political positions and justice do not suffer from war-wide in the shadows.
