Synopsis: A series of horrible murders dubbed "New Generation Madness" has already induced mass hysteria in Shibuya. At the height during a frantic riot, a sudden earthquake reduced the district nothing but rubble, leaving strangely intact wards.
Six years later, in a newly reconstructed Shibuya, mysterious deaths begin to emerge again. It was not long before the third year student Takuru Miyashiro noticed a connection: the dates of recent murders match those of the new generation incidents. He, along with several of his school's newspaper club, decides to deepen the mystery, just to find himself in the middle of a new crime scene ...

Summary and Events
