Synopsis: After dreaming of an anime she used to watch as a child, Minoa Asagaya couldn't forget a particularly memorable scene. However, despite her best efforts, she can't the name of the program. Because of this, Minoa asks for help from his classmates at Sakaneko High School. His conversation is heard by Arisu Kamiigusa, the most popular and rich girl in the class who is also an Otaku Hardcore. However, even with his vast knowledge, Arisu does not recognize the show.

After finding out that there is no anime club at school, Minoa and Arisu create the anime research club as they can get the response to Minoa's mystery gathering people who share the same interest. Thus, Minoa is exposed to a new bizarre world - the world of anime!
